Injury & Illness Policy - NEW POLICY PLEASE READ

Refunds or credits cannot be issued for injuries or illnesses. Families should register with the understanding that attendance may be affected by health-related absences.

Cancellation Policy

All registrations are final once the first date of the overall session begins. Refunds or credits are not provided for cancellations or missed sessions, regardless of reason. Due to limited class sizes and fixed coach staffing, we are unable to accommodate registration changes once a session begins.

Class Make-Up Policy

Make-up lessons are not guaranteed. If your athlete cannot attend a scheduled class, parents may cancel the lesson through our app and search for another available class in any location. Parents are given login information for our app one week before the session starts. Each regular class is limited to six players, so availability may vary. If no spots are open, you may join the waitlist for that class. If a spot opens in that class due to a cancellation, parents will be notified and can claim it. Please note that unused classes cannot be carried over into future sessions including but not limited to personal schedule changes or injury.

Bundle Discounts

Bundle discounts apply only when all sessions are completed. If a bundled session is canceled, pricing is recalculated at the standard session rate.
