Cancellation Policy

 Injury & Illness Policy - NEW POLICY PLEASE READ

Refunds or credits cannot be issued for injuries or illnesses. Families should register with the understanding that attendance may be affected by health-related absences.

Cancellation Policy

All registrations are final once the first date of the overall session begins. Refunds or credits are not provided for cancellations or missed sessions, regardless of reason. Due to limited class sizes and fixed coach staffing, we are unable to accommodate registration changes once a session begins.

Class Make-Up Policy

Make-up lessons are not guaranteed. If a spot becomes available within the same session, a make-up lesson may be offered at our discretion. We are unable to carry makeups into future sessions or reserve spots for make-ups.
