Coach Sarah’s Online Softball Pitching Strength Program is a year-long, pitcher-specific fitness plan designed to help softball pitchers throw harder, stay healthy, and build strength the right way—without overtraining or risking injury. Created by Sarah Dec Kuty, a former NCAA Division II & III pitcher with a B.S. in Exercise Science and 8 years of experience coaching at Practice Pro, this program is built specifically around the unique demands of the softball pitching motion.
Unlike generic strength programs, this plan is broken down by season—off-season, pre-season, and in-season—so workouts match pitching volume and recovery needs throughout the year. The focus is on preventing muscle imbalances, protecting the shoulder and arm, and building functional strength that directly translates to increased pitch velocity. Every exercise is demonstrated with short, easy-to-follow videos, eliminating confusion and guesswork.
