How Registration Works:
At registration, September 4th-13th or until classes fill up, select your top three time preferences for your class. We will organize participants into classes based on their age, ability level, and time preferences. The more flexible you are, the more appropriate classes you will be assigned. You may be assigned any of the three choices. On September 18th, 2025 you will be emailed your class assignment and information about what to expect. Pitchers are grouped based on age and experience level.
If you sign up early at a discount for the Preseason (Jan-Mar) there will be another period of time where you can choose those class times..  If you do not sign up for the preseason now there will be another registration period in December without a discount.

Format:
75-Minute Small-Group Lessons - Why Small Group?

Classes are once per week for 10 weeks.
3:1 Student to Teacher Ratio
6 Pitchers Per Class Max
2 Instructors Per Class
*Classes are typically limited to 6 pitchers but may occasionally have 5 or 7 due to scheduling or ability-level adjustments.

Program
Practice Pro is designed to be a year-round program for players who want to reach their potential. In September you have the chance to register for the offseason (October - December)  and preseason (January - March) together at a discount. There is also another enrollment period at the end of the year in December for the preseason program.

The offseason session is a ten-lesson program. It is often one of the most fun times to train, as advanced players have a chance to make big strides with fundamentals and learn new movement pitches.  Beginner-level pitchers who start well before their 2026-7 season will be at a huge advantage having the chance to develop a solid foundation with accuracy and speed, then will step on the mound with confidence come April.

Commit to your pitching development for the full year and receive:

• Four 30-minute virtual roadmap check-ins — one every three months

• Year-round progress tracking

• Beginning-of-year video analysis during Offseason

• End-of-year video analysis during Summer

• Discounted year-round registration

• Registration for the offseason, preseason, and inseason or summer - 28 classes.

If you choose to leave the program early, you’ll pay the regular session rate for any sessions you’ve participated in, and we’ll refund the remaining balance.

Ages
3rd - 12th Grade

Parent Involvement:
The most successful pitchers have supportive parents. We ask parents to join their daughters in each class to catch and learn. If you are unable to physically catch a sibling or team catcher will do. 

Instructors:
Abby Hanrahan, Emily Tucci, Katie Griggs, and Bethany Regnerus will be the lead instructors. Various instructors will be the assistants for other classes. Occasionally, lead instructors will sub for one another. All instructors for each day are listed in your scheduling app (Wodify).
